to those who care

i went and picked up the bike tonight, the piece of the block does not look to be that big of an issue, the oil pan is in fact leaking but going to check that out tomorrow. the guy and myself apologized for the misunderstanding and lack of communication that happened. he is going to find the fairing or fairings for the bike and get the tank fixed and also fix anything that may be wrong with the oil pan. i'm hoping to be back on the road in a week or two tops.

Again and again I learn the lesson from this incident. Do not let someone who wants to buy your bike test ride it PERIOD. Thanks for the lesson 06fairedfz1. I'd rather not sell the bike then go through this .

they are going to pay for it, this guy just hasn't had the time to mess with the bike and get it fixed i.e. hauling it around so whoever need to work on it can. that's why i went to go get it so i can work on it and he can just pay for the parts. at this point in time i really don't care that i have to do the work, i just miss my baby.
