the banned list

can we have it back? there are some members here (im not gonna names *cough, cough*) that are constantly feeling the wrath off the ban hammer and im just curious as to how many times theyve been banned. nothing major, its just for my own sick, twisted, morbid curiosity. it also use to list the reason they were banned and its always great entertainment to see others get into twubble.

It's been discussed and I think it was agreed that it's only the business of the banned member and the mod who banned him/her. As we all know though, the first thing someone does when they get unbanned is start a thread about it explaining their side of the story. So we always find out why, it just takes a few extra days

That's the whole point of the ban list- to mitigate the threads and pm's asking about who got banned and why they were banned, and "is so and so banned" blah blah blah.

It does help when you're trying to get in touch with someone via the bbs to know if they're banned or not...

Some people get banned for stuff they don't want the public knowing, and it's not our job to disclose everything. Much of the time, the person agrees with the ban and we are quick enough to get rid of what was posted before everyone sees it and they can "save face" per say. The member's user title automatically changes to "banned" while they are banned.
