I wouldnt even worry about it, it looks like its just the rear wheel thats hot, and I dont think they even put serial #,s on them

if it's on fire then the fire will leave soot behind, spray some B12 chemtool or other carb cleaner on it before the flames go out to keep the soot from damaging the integrity of the tire

Starter fluid before it goes out will keep the soot off of the plastic fo sho.

I heard if you use spray paint it sticks to the rim real good if you light it on fire first.
