leaking life blood

I have 06 gsxr 600 and as i was riding it started leaking oil from the water pump i guess. I looked from under the bike and it looks like the pump is trying to come out. but all the screws and bolts that hold it on to the block are flush. Can someone shed some light on this for me??

Can't be certain but it sounds like the problem started with the red and white decal affixed to the fairing just above the forks. Try finding a bike without one of those.

+1, Warranty FTW

Ask around for a well-reviewed shop. Most seem to hold Motorcycles Unlimited in high regard if you're on the north side.

good luck, get back on the road soon.

Need pictures to understand what you're talking about. I don't get the "pump looks like it's coming out but all the bolts are flush" thing...

Make the trip to Motorcycles Unlimited, just taking it to a random shop because it's closer may yield more frustration for you.

On first inspection from your pic, I can't seen anything obvious. Could just be a leaking gasket or hose.

Patrick will hook you up- make the trip.
