Idiot cagers who want to race

Was just going down Westheimer around 35mph when some guy in a red beat down honda civic pulls out of a gas station around 50mph(exaggeration) tires squealing into the street. Good thing I was not going fast or he would have run into me.

So I stay a bit behind him because hes unpredictable and he starts weaving all over the road like hes drunk. As we get close to a light he tries to run it but changes his mind halfway and stop in the middle of the traffic signal then reverses back into his lane. At this point i'm pretty sure he is drunk so I try to stay away from him. Now at the light hes staring at me next to him and I look in the vehicle and hes shirtless. The car is almost falling apart the bumper is hanging and the insides are gutted out. Then he proceeds to start revving his car real loud as a cop is driving by. He sees the cop and stops for a second.

Now i'm thinking why do I always get pulled over for my license plate being tucked too far under my bike while this cager is acting stupid in front of the cops and they ignore him.

So as soon as the light turns green this guy guns his car which doenst really go very fast. This guy is not very smart and utterly predicatble so I knew the probability of him doing this was astronomically high so I give him a 15 second head start just to have him as far away from me as possible in case he tries something stupid. So when I feel secure enough I start moving my bike and then I see him ahead putting on his emergency signals as if he just won some imaginary race in his head.

The sad part was this guy was probably well into his 20's maybe even 30. Anyways just wanted to rant cause that guy rubbed me the wrong way.

Wow! Man I'm lost of words, same had happend to me going down 45 S car is a Honda civic SI coupe. To make a long story short he rev his engine right beside me jerking this car forward and back, swering his car in and out of my line. I give him the bird, shift a gear down and off we go. I left his A$$ behind. I ask my self why do they do this and I was riding the speed limit and just minding my own business.

Shift into whatever gear takes you over 120(second on the busa) constantly turn your helmet over to the rice burner as you are looking straight ahead and use your free left hand to begin slowly making the jerk off motion. Keep doing it as they try to accelerate away.

When you think you should stop, keep doing it. Even if you have to go around cars etc, keep it up. It fuels their hatred.

I highly recommend this for good laughs and diffusing egos from rice burners

I forgot to mention it was just me and this tool at the light so yeah it was pretty safe. Safer than him hitting me down the road drunk and my carcass lying on the street for other drunks to run over.

Depends. My old Civic would have no problem with a 250, or your 650.

I love that lol and yea i been riding up and down Westheimer the last few nights and it never fails, sometimes i go ahead and give it to them other times i dont even waste my time and continue cruising, i caught a mustang gt eyeballing me and my friend on westheimer last night and even joked with him that the mustang was about to take off on him soon as the light turned green, i was utterly shocked when he didnt, cuz he had his girl in the car with and saw him starin at our bikes while talkin to her

anyway u took the high road, and its funny when its the POS junk cars that rev at the light or come flyin by like its even a challenge, ill do a quick burst then stop and think why did i just go 80 down westheimer for this guy

i've had idiot drivers pace me on the freeway then try and race from a roll.. and they like to get on ur while ur doin 70ish. and this has happened multiple times. atleast when ur at a light u can let them go first and just hang behind. and i find it odd how its the suvs and pos cars that try and mess with you... its never a supercar or something really fast...
