Question Got a ticket on the bike what to do?

The cop was really nice, but I got a ticket for doing 90 in a 60. What's my chances on getting to take defencing driving or deferred.

Also when the cop was finished writing the ticket. He said a biker went down on hwy6 in Sugar Land not sure the full details. Like I said cop was a nice guy and I know it was my fault. Thanks

Can't do Deferred or Defensive Driving if the ticket is for 25+ over the speed limit.

You'll have to talk to the DA and see if they're willing to work with you on it.

Nope. Can't go to jail for speeding. You went to jail for reckless endangerment or another offense, but not speeding.
