Got the Rat-bike up and runnin....

My buddy and I this old-school KZ650 in one of his dad's tractor trailer; no header, no keys, no condensors much less a points cover and no battery/battery box. We were just going to haul it to the scrap yard but decided to try and get it running.

We found a header for $50 cleaned the carbs, replaced the a-pump diaphram and clean the sh*t out of them. We also had to get all the rust out of the tank. That was nightmare.

Pulls pretty good..

If you notice in the picture, we fabbed a nice setup with the battery jump box bunjy tied to the back, sitting on the frame, some radio-shack condensors and a screw driver in the ignition. Freakin shweet!!

Here's my buddy john reliving his childhood years.
