This happened to me a couple weeks back with a Z4. I thought long (well 1 seconds worth) and hard about kicking the door panel in before twisting the throttle to get out of the way, but I didnt.

People like her is why they're "dangerous".

So she saw you there are got over anyway. Similar thing happened to me on the 610/Post Oak Feeder last week. It was 5mph traffic. She pulled out of a driveway into my lane while looking straight at me as if to say "It's only a bike, he'll move". One word comes to mind when I think of these people - Vacancy.

The next one loses a tail light.

WTF. Shoulda been like..."and alcoholics like you are what makes everyday driving dangerous, car or moto."

PPL just do that kinda . They figure since we dont take up a whole lane, they can share it with us, get over on us, etc etc. Good thing you were keeping your eye open!

everytime i hear these stories i just think of those big metal ball bearings...

but for real, i dont know what to do about these jackasses. you could break their window, flatten a tire, key their paint...its not going to make them any safer drivers. sure you get to vent, and they get whats coming to them, but its not really teaching them a lesson. its not making the road any safer

worse yet, if you do something bad to them, they will just disrespect bikes and hate them more. thats the last thing we need is people out to get us.

try and plea with them, be positive as you can, and you just get blown off.

i dont know, all i can say is stay alert and aware. be ready at all times. remember when people told you motorcycles were dangerous, well this is what they meant. we all make the decision to keep riding, and right or wrong we have to deal with these fucko's.

I havent figured out a easy way of mounting them somewhere for easy ejection, as I cant keep them in my pockets as I have bulky gloves on...

tRY THIS:

You all know spark plugs, right?? get a piece of it and glue it to the knuckle protector in your gloves, knock on their window when they are invading your lane and watch the glass fly. But that's freaking dangerous.
