No one is flashing 600 ECUs that I know of..... they are just now getting into flashing 1000 and busa ECUs and the software to do that with is still test versions. Then you have to buy/build the flash interface. In order to program and flash your ECU, you have to download 3 different programs and build the interface. Not as easy as tuning a Mustang or Camaro yet.......

You better go buy a PCIII.

Ellis(flyin'duc) has an air/fuel adjuster for the factory gsxr's...

I know it works on the busas but not sure when the cut off is for bikes.

He probably has a Yosh box(Y. Those things have been out since 99. They do actually make adjustments to the ECU but the adjustability is MINIMAL. You can only adjust the "low", "mid", "high" rpm ranges and can only either add or subtract 5% or 10% in those ranges. So you really can't straighten out a bumpy air fuel curve, you can only make slight changes to those 3 ranges. You still need a dyno to tell you what the AFR is. I had one of those things for years, then the PCIIs came out. Better then nothing though.

If you really wanted to pimp it out and never have to worry about dyno tuning it, you could put a wideband datalogger on it and tune it yourself. The cost of the datalogger is about 2 trips to the dyno but once its on there, you will always have it, then you can always keep it in top tune and if you make changes to the engine/exhaust etc, you can easily go back and retune it yourself.... Ofcourse this is assuming you already have a PCIII.

LM1 w/the RPM converter is what you need cost wise. The best setup is the DL32....Its the smallest logger and would easily fit under the seat of a quad...
Might be a little over kill but....it would be sweet, especially if you plan on putting dope on it, you're gonna need a map for the dope.

I have the WHOLE Innovate setup on my busa. The LM1 w/LMA3 aux box and the XD16 gauge....I got about $800 tied up in all of this but it is CRUCIAL in keeping a turbo bike running.
