Andy can do it, and he's the best I've worked with. That said, as I mentioned above, you'll have to pay for it. Anyone can do a cheap tune, maybe it'll work, maybe it won't. Anyone can d/l a map from the 'net, chances are really good that it won't be worth a shyte compared to a real dyno-tune.

If you want performance for your money spent, you will not regret a great tune.

I really doubt dyno tuning will be necessary for a slip on though....you really don't need to retune for a slip on unless it developes a hesitation or glitch somewhere..... but on the other hand, its always best to fine tune your own bike to get the most out of it.
I think he said he was knocking out the cat though, so he'll need a good map for that, I doubt he'll get away without it.
