Why did the guy in the car deserve to get the whoopin? The video doesnt show what started the incident.

i think it would actually be both peoples fault. there was no reason for the car driver to slam on the brakes as shown by the video. Brake checking and causing an accident puts you at fault too i believe.

You dont know what initially started the incident, plus the biker was the aggressor. He walked up like he was gonna do something. The biker approached the cager, not the other way around. I think the cager was just making him stay at a distance, but who knows.

What I dont get, is if the biker wasnt gonna do anything, why the does he get back on his bike, and ride the guys , trying to start again? What a dumbass.

prove it, does the vid show the road?

since we have a snipit, who's to say the biker didn't push the cager first,

i think the guy in the car lined up to close to the guy on the bike when they came to a stop , which sucks i hate that wether in a car or a bike , but you cant win road rage on a bike . There is no such thing as a fender bender on a bike
