go to a paint supply place or anywhere that does vinyl lettering, it is the same as the backing paper. use fine line for the outline and then lau the paper over the fine line, you can use wide tape too, might be easier on a tank because of the surfaces, you have to get all the wrinkles out and it as flat as possible.

when you cut out the design, be careful not to cut through the fine line, and you want to stay as close to the center of the fine line as possible. if you cut through, you run a risk if goin through the paint and this will cause it to come apart on you later. it also gives you a smooth clean line for the edge of your graphics.

it is very thin vinyl tape and you basically draw with it, laying out the outline for your design, it is important cause when you cut the tape it will be a little jagged and will need pin striping to clean it up, trust me.
