i guess the full coverage insurance is more of a peace of mind type of thing. "if someone takes my bike, i can at least get a new one"

i thought of getting some of the disk locks, but i know i'd forget to take em off at some point and mess up the rotors. that and i keep it in the garage already, blocked in by a car =)

u-bar thru the front disc, big chain to the car port post and another thru swingarm and back wheel, still no lojack, but garages at my apt run nearly a hundred a month....no thanks lol im waitin for my buddy down the street to grab his bike so we can split a garage, i hope i make it cuz i dont have full coverage


ps you should see it now, im in Galveston at my dad's house, its basically in the front yard chained to a tree right next to the porch

You don't have to have full coverage insurance for your bike to be covered against theft.

mine is full coverage, wheel lock, stored at public storage when not in use.

You don't have to get full coverage... Just add theft recovery to your policy... Thats what i did... and deffinately a garage
