And it is like a family. As I said to you on the way to your house, when you go out with this group, no one is left behind. i too had an encounter with 3090, and I was shocked when Zorn a MH member offered to get someone from Willis (50 miles away)come with a truck and trailer to cart my bike home. Would have never even considered asking someone so I was shocked that he offered. Didn't need it, but the fact that someone was willing to do that for someone he didn't know, has stayed with me.

Since its like family, you have your crazy aunts or closeted uncles, but when it comes down to it, on the road and off we take care of each other. Glad you took my advice to be a member. Welcome

Dang. Sorry to hear you went down so hard on your first big ride... It happens, though, and I hope you learned something from it. Accidents happen- not your fault, but maybe could have been avoided. Have you taken MSF? Gotten your M endorsement? It could have made the difference, if not, but if you have then you probably just need to slow down.

Welcome to MH- there are many members on here who will be willing and able to help you or at least point you in the right direction.

That was totally cool of you to make the effort to drive from College Station and take care of this guy you didn't even know. Just wanted to say thank you cuz next time it could be me out there.

all people are different, i never took msf, but i was there with a friend that did take it, and yes its a good class plus you get your license., but getting out in a noob trackday following an instructor at a slow pace is by far better.
