Obstacles in road

What's the craziest thing you've ever come close to riding over?

I went by not one, but three xmas trees on my way home on 290 around 1960 today. ppl need to find a better place to throw them than the freeway!

I ran over three 2x6's on 2351 last July. I was in a curve, changing lanes, running about 40 or so when they came up. Bounced up a little ( all while leaned over a bit ), got kinda squirrly, then straightened me back up and all was good.

Glory to -He's kept me alive on Houston's streets for 2 years now.

I ramped a picnic table top that a truck infront of me somehow managed to drive right over ... Well he drove over and I went over the top of the table and got a little air time

2 weeks ago I saw a 4 by 4 fence post bounce off a trailer, end over end, then into the front end of my brand new VW Rabbit. Under the right front tire where it stuck and dragged me three lanes to the right almost into a set of exit barrels. I turned left hard, it dislodged, ran over it with the back tire, slid to a stop on the exit ramp 90 degrees sideways turning hard right to keep from spinning. I went three lanes out of control then 200 feet down an exit on 2 flat tires and hit....NOTHING!

2 rims, 2 tires, 1 hubcap later and I'm rolling, but still need an alignment (suggestions in Sugarland?).

Be carefull out there. If I were on my bike, no ATGATT, I'd have been toast doing a tony hawk bunny hop fo sho fo sho.

Just last week there was what seemed to be a whole hay roll spilled on 288 north bound on top of the bridge that goes over county road 59. I was riding at night and the outline of the hay mounds seemed unreal at first. They blended in really well with the shape of mine and other car's head lights. I could smell it and tell it was hay before I could actually see exactly what it was. lol

A wheel from an 18-wheeler. It was bouncing down the highway. No tire on it, just the rim.
