Sorry I have done my trackdays and the r6 seems to be a advantage currently, your reply for him to get a R1 was idiotic due to it looking like he is a new rider thus I did not take the effort to explain to you why I currently prefer my r6 over the R1, and why I should see you at the track!

kinda, i am an instructor with lone star track days and i also race minis in cmra and tmgp. yeah, i've done a couple of trackdays in my time.

i rode an r1 on the track for more than a year, changed to the 636 and started going quite a bit faster. so as for the r1, been there and crashed that. i've actually never crashed the r1.

quit giving the guy a hard time. I am sure he has learned everything there is to know about motorcycles in the 3 years he has been riding. what the would old guy like us know

Actually he does. Take the exact same rider, let him ride Texas World on an R6 and then on an R1. He'll post better times on the R6. It's very simply a matter of physics.

i would say almost all of the instructors ride 600's

only one i can think of with TexasTrackdays is Godsuki with his GSXR1K
