Oil leak of my own!

, I went out today to my bike and looked down at my fairing and saw this...

It's from this vent right here...

I can't find a leak anywhere. I let the bike run for quite a while today with the fairings off and can't find a drip point anywhere. The inside of the fairing has a fair amount of oil on it, but the oil level is still ok. I'm a bit cornfused here... any ideas?

Well, since I had the plastics off I went ahead and cleaned the engine real good all the while looking for the drip point... no luck. I decided to go out for a little ride with the plastics off. I went about 25 miles and stopped. This is what I saw....

Don't mind the scuffs... they are from an old crash (Feb 2004) and they most likely have nothing to do with this as this problem has never surfaced before.

The oil seems to be leaking from this bolt... I checked and it's completely tight. I assume it's not getting a full seal somehow. Not sure why this would happen or how to fix it... any ideas?

Honda doesn't use a gasket on the F4i r/h engine cover, just Permatex.
