I wouldnt rule out the other bikes either.

As mentioned, Honda makes an excellent product as well. Yamaha has a nice light bike to compete with the 600 class.

Its a matter of what you are lookin for. Consider side or center exhaust pro/cons; do you like to switch to gp shifting? some are cheaper/easier then others. Riding position will play the largest consideration and turn in feel.

All the 600s I've ridden have impressed me when compared to a sofa coach the busa is. Very last one was a joy ride in the rain Sunday on at k7 gsxr6. I was reminded they dont have to reach over the tank when riding because of body position.

So when we say its a personal choice; it really is a preference issue. yes, some have little quirks here/there but nothing dramatically serious otherwise you simply wouldn't see them on the road.

I have narrowed down too after a period of time zx6r (maybe),Gsxr (like),CBR 600rr (like) r6s (like). The ones I am most comfortable on are the last three so still making up my mind and reviewing my budget.

pyrobug51 owns a green zx6r, very nice styling. I have no experience with it.

justNick, rsxtogsxr56 owns em, very nimble even with bald tires and chickenstrips(sorry chris lol.) Fairings come off easy, transmission shifts are precise and soft/quick. Seems to sit a little higher then the Honda IMO.

Amanda(600rr track) very smooth power, never torques hard in the rpm ranges, very manageable for cornering. Fairings r a bioch IMO. Toolkit is behing the side fairings.

Dude for real? any bike is really not that hard. Its not like theres is a huge difference like pulling a tranny on a FWD VS. a RWD, the big four are all really close just test drive. I can pull my full fairings and its not easy but for you I wouldn't know.
