I ALSO NEED HELP WITH TICKET!!!

LAST NIGHT AFTER LEAVING WORK I WAS ON 59 FREEWAY AT THE PART WHERE THEY ARE EXPANDING ON THE SW SIDE. IT'S PITCH BLACK OUT THERE AND I DIDN'T EVEN SEE ME PASS A COP YET NEXT THING THE RED AND BLUES ARE FLASHING!!! I WAS AS NICE AS COULD BE WITH THE GUY, WAS LIKE "NO EXCUSES SIR JUST GOING HOME FROM WORK" OFCOURSE IT WAS SUGARLAND PD - NOTORIOUS FOR TICKETS SO I GOT AN 89 IN A 55!!!

IF IT HAD BEEN FT BEND SHERIFF OR STAFFORD I WOULD BE IN LIKE FLINT BUT SUGARLAND I KNOW NOBODY. I'M SURPRISED IT'S MY FIRST SPPEDING TICKET BUT I WOULD STILL LIKE TO GET RID OF IT. SUGESTIONS!?

OH AND BY THE WAY AFTER GETTING THE TICKET I TURN ROUND TO GET BACK TO MY BIKE AND WATCH MY LID ROLL OF THE BIKE AND BUST THE VISOR OFF!!! !!!

you know what? u cant take defensive driving....BUT you can get deffered ajudification however u spel that . Everytime i go over 25+ i always get that and im on probation for 6 months but after 6 months no ticket and no record =P just u have to pay the amount of the ticket but it doesnt go on ur record. So for you its the intial ticket plus like 5 dollars a mile

you can't do DD course if you are over 25 over i believe though: 89-55 = 34 = no go.

He's correct, you may be able to get deferred though I'd have a lawyer with me for that. Expect $100.00-150.00 for the lawyer and probably at least $250.00 for the deferred fee.
BTW, you may want to take off the all caps in your messages, it conveys that you are shouting.

I know Det. Debose in Sugerland but once the ticket is turned in your on your own. Option 2 will be Trail by Jury and reset the ticket until they throw the case out. That may be a 2 year waiting period and you don't want other tickets riding on your back prior to getting this one resolved.
