What three roads are the Three Sisters?

I road my busa out to Midland on 12/23, I took the IH-45 to Dallas then IH-20 to Midland. Due to bad forcasts, I had the pleasure of riding six of the nine hours in the cold rain. The cold I was prepared for, but not the rain.

Because of the "pleasure" I had on my journey to Midland, I have become more sensitive the wether and the routes that are available. I was looking into going to San Antonio, and then hit IH-10 all the way into Houston. As I was looking at this route, I saw FM 377, and I think that it is one of the three sisters. If it is, I'm going to tear it up! Can someone please confirm this for me?

Thanks,
Bullmoose

I don't know if this road is a good one, but it does look good from the map. I guess the only to find out it is to ride it.
