should have got 2 keys and a number tag. if you cant find either key take the number tag to a dealer and pay for a new key.

You can either try to get in contact with a good locksmith that can forge a new key - unlikely

or go to the dealership and buy a new ignition lock with matching keys and swap em.

I'd say you'll spend less time and money buying a new lock and key set.

Let me get this straight............you've been going around without a spare key for your bike, lost the original key, and you're calling someone else an idiot??????

Sorry dude. I couldn't let that one go.

yes. locksmiths can cut keys for ignitions and doors.

contact them or use the phonebook. There ought to be someone in your area. the last one I used was in California when a boss of mine and I went tot he bank and he locked his keys in the trunk and wanted a spare set anyways, so we waited 30 minutes for him to cut one on site.

since then I carry three sets of stuff to get into vehicles and do it almost daily for BMW lol. Im down to 3 minutes for a bimmer. lol
