Opportunities for Stunt Photography?

Hey, guys...

I'd like the chance to do some high-end digital shooting of stunt riding. Where would be my best chances in the Houston/Galveston areas to carry my equipment out for some shooting? (Whether official event sites or otherwise...)

I use pretty much only sports-oriented digital camera gear and want to put it to the test in some motorcycle stunt riding places. (Cameras that shoot up to 8 frames per second, automatic tracking while firing as the subject approaches, long lenses for distance, fisheye for up-real-close stuff, etc.)

Any suggestions on finding out what's going on, where, when, etc.? (Unless, of course, just keeping tuned right here is the way to go.)

Thanks a bunch! Any advice appreciated...

I shoot pretty much exclusively with Canon digital camera gear. Got a matched pair of Canon 1D Mark II digital bodies (8 frames per second, when needed, on the top end) and just about every Canon lens I'd need for most sports shooting.
