Why not just put up checkpoints all over town to make sure everybody's sober. And everyone's got a valid license. And everybody's not an illegal alien. And everyone has insurance. And everyone's registration is current. And everyone's wearing a seat belt. And nobody's wearing brown shoes with a black belt.

That darn Constitution thing.....

Why can people not properly respond to a thread?

Why do people have no problem breaking the law and putting others in danger but call foul when the man tires to enforce the law especially if they think it infringes on their rights.

The only time I have had problems with the law was when I was breaking it, and in that case I had it coming. If you did it, then man up and take the punishment.

from my understanding it is that if you get pulled over for any reason, and the cop wants to give you a breathalyzer, you can not refuse it.
Usually you can refuse to blow, but then they will more than likely take you down to the station for a blood test.

There is a question posted above that everybody missed for some reason. I have placed it in bold type now but, I imagine most people will continue to post over inflated ego driven replies that have no correlation to the question.
