Bogging out???

zx6r seems to bog out at 70 with little bursts of acceleration.

Fuel injected Im assuming....

no FI light flashing?

A fuel pump could do that as well as under moderate acceleration.

And more details concerning the problem? Cold, hot etc

The fuel and air systems checked. Maybe the vacuum hose or plugs could possible be the problem? Would you guys know the cost of repair(estimate)? This is not my problem but, checkin out a bike and it has this problem.

I had the same prob with my 03 cbr 600rr. I we tried everything. Replaced a ton of chit on it and it ended up being a liner that was on the inside of the tank came apart and into little pieces. It was collecting at the bottom and was not letting the fuel pass through

check your floats if it is carb. floats might not be set right
