billet wheels for the 50?

What billet wheels are you fools running, where did you get them, and how much did you pay? This little project went from building a stocker out of takeoff parts to full on mini-mod bike in about 3 days I would love to run across a set of skunkwerks wheels, but they're hard to find these days.

I had roughly $3K(retail) in the KLX110 build when i sold it

thanks for tearing up my bank account!!! I got a new red baron frame on the way, some plastics w/ graphics, bars and a seat. I think I'll stop until after the first of the year. . .

scopio you just had a frame and an engine... just the beginning its easy to get 3 grand in these or just look out for the deals... haha billet rims are not worth it if ur going to stunt... u will bend one or scratch it... not worth it at all

Yep, the frame and motor is the easy stuff, it's everything that bolts on to it that costs money.
I built a honda ruckus from scratch and ended up spending as much as 3 brand new stockers and some change by the time I was done.
Luckily I found someone to buy it for close to what I invested.

Was a pimp little scoot though...

i got a nice set of brand new skunkwerx rims sitting here in my closet. if i were yo id stick to spokes the billets arent worth it
