I ride because it reminds me of the kid still trapped inside. I get that six year old in Toys R Us feeling every time the key hits the ignition cylinder. , I even hit the throttle lock, stick my arms out to the sides, and make airplane noises every once in a while. Plus it gives me time to practice my mad karaoke skills.

it's just that I have been riding since I was 6. I'm now, well, old. Being on 2 wheels feels more natural than 4.

I'm with Flip on this one...!!!

I have some issues going on right now with myself and have been riding late at night on the H-Town streets..when I get home my minds is a little more clear...it helps to think. Maybe some kind of "Meditation"..??

+ a billion. I've lost more friends and family to things OTHER than motorcycles in my life. In fact, I've only lost one close friend to a mc accident at 21.

Actually, at 43 I haven't lost anyone to motorcycle accidents. I have been very fortunate.

Freedom, adrenaline, pushing myself to go faster, and the cool factor. Too bad it only happens once or twice a month during track season...
