Why do you do it?

Ride, I mean. Everybody has somebody who loves them and who hates the fact that they ride a motorcycle. For me, it's my mom, dad and my SO. I really love them and care about what they think, but I still choose to ride. Why?

For me it's the freedom. Plain and simple- FREEDOM!

After taking sh*t all week from work. Riding is the only thing that makes me concentrate in me. It is my alone time with my thoughts.
So, yeah, I guess freedom.

Freedom and the rush. I'm more of a Loner on the bike to take my focus away from all the million other things going on around me. Which may be why I don't do too many group rides or M&Gs regularly, if at all. Not that I'm anti-social or anything like that, but I got so many responsibilities and pressures on me, I just need my bike time alone.

It WAS because I looked cool, but then the reality kicked in and it's friggin awesome...I love it...THEN I did a trackday...and I'm friggin addicted. So it's all about the adrenaline rush.

I dont feel free unless im by myself on some backroads in the middle of nowhere. If I have other riders with me, which I usually do, its all about the adrenaline cuz we end up racing!
