favorite grips?

what are your favorite grips?
i like soft grips, but the couple of pairs i have tried get sticky or start getting worn out very quickly. my current pair are actually atv or dirt grips, i think, and the right grip is pretty trashed after only a couple of months
my previous progrips were pretty good, but after a few months they were both sticky
i have another pair of grips waiting to be put on clipons, whenever they get here. they are some firm renthal waffle grips.
im pretty open to suggestion. im pretty bitchy about grips

I've run pink OURY grips on all mx bikes and quads. When the oem go bad that's what will go on the bike!

My pro grips already need replacing after less than 10k miles. I've worn a nice chunk off the left one but I did have a tight grip on my bars for a while when I learned how to ride.

You could always go the poser route like gixxergirloh2 and get some shiny chrome grips and just wrap em with duct tape when you go to the track...

Yes April I noticed at TWS (Texas World Speedway)!

no, i cant do chrome. i really dont want metal grips. that just really seems like a stupid and pointless thing to do.

how the is it that i am wearing out my grips so quickly? is a soft compound supposed to be stretched out after only maybe 1000 miles? i mean, i can grab my throttle grip and feel a space developing between the rubber and the throttle tube.
