i saw you lose a video camera... i mean you found it again but it was shattered, does that count as losing it?

No, I literally lost her... she rides on someone's bike that use to be my friend now.

Funny thing is he has a gsxr750 and their combined weight is more then the busa and myself. lol. It also sux she likes riding so much and he doesn't ever ride. Oh well.

lost my wallet twice. and lost 2 razr phones(while texting). all in about 6 months. my fingers failed my jacket zipper.

i also learned that jean pockets are more reliable than jacket pockets. this is why i dont wear jackets anymore. i figure that i lost around $1g worth of $/possessions and i'd rather have some road rash than missing items. if i wear a jacket, i will put things in the pockets. and i will forget that, that stuff is in there, and i will lose it.

Tank bag!

I almost lost that once, though. I ran across a few of the HALO guys at about 3AM on the Fred Hatrman bridge. They wanted to play. I dropped to 1st and hammered it. The magnetic tank bag slipped off. I caught it with my left knee. That would have sucked. I had EVERYTHING in there, and it would have had 335 tire tracks across the middle!

I normally ride with my phone and wallet in my pants pocket or in the trunk of the bike. However, I had my phone in my jacket pocket on the last ride I made to fayetteville b/c I had used the GPS on it and I left my pockets unzipped. Midway between Bellville and Fayetteville, my phone fell out (BB Pearl in the leather sleeve). Next thing I know, the music stops and I feel the Zen falling out and see it bouncing on the road in my rearview. I was leading the ride with my wife behind me and a few friends behind her.

We all stop. My wife tells me she saw my phone fall out miles back! She said she was flashing her brights at me but I didn't see her. , she's new to riding so I am constantly checking on her in my rearview when she rides behind me. The problem was the light on her 07 Ninja 250. When she was flashing her bright light, it just looked as if she was bouncing on the road, haha.

I go back and pick up my zen mp3 player first. The back is gone, screen is cracked but it turns on! I plug my headphones in and it works! Luckily I had set up a button to be used for "random play" so now it doesn't matter than I can't navigate through it. I just hit random if I don't like the current song, haha.

I then go back to where the phone was supposedly dropped. It was in 4 pieces plus the sleeve. I put it back together and it powers up. It works fine to this day. You can see yellow paint from the road stripes on it and on the sleeve but the screen has not one scratch on it. I had planned on getting a different case for it but decided not to since that sleeve really IMO saved the phone, haha.

Sorry for the long winded reply. I just find it funny that both fell out at 70mph yet both work, one flawlessly and the other could have been had I had it in a case as well.
