Suzuki signal mirror adjustment

Hey guys,
I have a gixxer mirror mounted on my 600rr to have signal mirror. Only thing is I can't adjust it. I mean I tried to adjust the glass but doesn't move much...I tried to move the base but it either goes all the way out or all the way in (no finer adjustment). Does anyone here has a clue as to how to adjust this mirror? Thanks,.

Interesting... Pictures?

You could shim the baseplate to angle the whole assembly.

I just cut my oem mirrors and put in side mount signals from a BMW to make room for larger intake ducting.

Just an idea... if it mounts w a ball joint on the backside of the glass, can you trim the plastic where the ball mounts to tilt it down more?

I dont have one of those so I cant look at it directly... just an idea.

thanks guys.. Looks like the mirror is fixed. I'll try to hack with it a little...in the mean time, I'll keep an eye out for the 2008 1000RR mirror..those are fully adjustable with integrated signal & driving lights.
