thx yall...

now ima get all my 40hrs com. service done in january, and pay all the fees n next month, so all ill have to pay is the 40/mo. probation cost

btw.. i didnt know you have to pay for court appointed lawyers? its like 150.00 per court appearance... that woulda been 600.00... good thing she was sharp... and got those fees waived.

"keep your nose clean"

yea...thats what they tell you right before they slam your . i bet dollars to doughnuts cops in your area are just itching to pull you over again, and get you in "more trouble" that. last thing i'd want is to have to be paranoid all the time.

probation sucks . i've been on probation since august 03 and it's a . you have to get a permit saying where you are going and when and call your PO once you get back, every time you leave the county and lots of other annoying and you always have prison time hanging over your head. anyways, good luck.

2 weeks w/ good time or without? either way, 2 years probation is a . you'll have to pay 45$ ( you forgot 5$ UA fee) for at least 12 monthes which is 540$. didn't you have to pay a fine for evading also? and what was the charge you took deferred on? was it felony or misdameanor evading? if it's felony then you will have to worry about State Jail most likely(day for day) vs. county jail for 2 weeks or whatever.
