280' from the road! I would think speed was a factor.

Thats what I want to know.

The liberal Comical likes to point at speed in every motorcycle crash. Many times they have named speed as the "cause" of the crash, although, to be fair, they don't seem to wholly single out speed as the single "cause" here.

As I've said more than once, "speed," in and of itself, CANNOT be causal to a mishap. It certainly can contribute to things, like not having sufficient braking distance or time to react, but it can't cause a mishap.

Someone has to fail to yield or a curb needs to get in the way to be causal.

I pray for the family of someone that irresponsible... hopefully there is a factor that makes this more justifyable... but I doubt it...
