Exclamation BATTERY PROBLEMS..

I Need help guys with my battery...well yesterday i was riding just fine all day and i caught a train but i turned off the bike wit the kill switch...and left the lights on waiting for the train to pass by .....anyways....as i tried to start it ....it wouldnt start i think the battery is dying or is dead... the lights turn on but when i start up the bike it the speedometer lights looks like it wants to turn off.....what is it guys....HELP ANYONE...LOL

they just get old and stop working... if u come by the garage ill look at it for u or try to hook u up a good deal on one... get a yuasa if possible...

It wouldn't start by pushing it? That sounds like more then a battery issue.

If you drained it enough, not even a push start will fire it up. W aftermarket modules, you need a certain baseline voltage for the modules to work.

A push start preserves the amperage normally drawn by the starter to use for the ECM or other modules to fire up the bike.

My busa will not start w 11.0v.... But I can get 8 cylinder BMWs to start on 10v since there are time outs for the modules on initial start up to preserve power.
