Well, within 1-3 months of riding there is alot to take in that over time becomes natural. It still happens though.

i'll def look into renting gear and once the bike is up i'll head to the track with ya david, just woke up from a nap feeling better not as sore and can move more freely

sorry to hear you went down. the track is definitely fun. not trying to scare you but just so you know the advantages and disadvantages of renting gear: if you go down in it you buy it. the set i went down in ran about 400 buck. please dont let that discourage you though. its a really awesome educational experience and a load of fun. hope you have a speedy recovery.
