Also noticed that your tendency when you set up to pass, is to look for a line on the outside. I'm the exact opposite. I'm always looking for an opportunity on the inside. However, it's leading me to turn in early at times and I lose corner exit speed.

You are doing a great job of finishing your turns. Your corner exit out of 9 (the top of the downhill leading to the carousel) is strong and about three feet away from track out in comparison to me and you are faster. I hate to admit it, but you have room to even go faster through there, with all the track you have left.

Also, look at your exit from turn 14. You typically exit at about mid track setting you up for a good drive down the front straight. As I get tired, I get more and more left, thus having to wait an eternity before I can get on the power at the apex of 15. I've been watching video of the 13/14/15 complex to get better reference points. It looks like I want the bike a good two feet inside of that black patch, and hold it there until just past the patch and then tip the bike hard to the right and into 14.

Looks like you might be overslowing the bike into turn 1.

Regarding the entrance into turn seven with no braking and that nasty sounding downshift? Ewwww. The car racers I worked with used to tell me... THE ENGINE IS NOT A BRAKE. ba ha ha ha.
I am scared to downshift with the bike at any kind of leanangle cuz I dont want the rear to lock. And I have not practiced blipping, at lean. But I did notice on the vid of myself, I got passed on the front straight and downshifted and turned in probably a full second and a half before the dude in front of me. Then he was outside the blend line while I was inside the whole time. He crossed over the line and had more drive out of 2. Im just a *****. I'll get better.

I think, more so that looking for an outside line, is that I swing wide, hug the inside, wait for, in this case, hooligan to swing wide like he does in the carousel, then I get better drive and pass him on the straight. BUT, my fat on the r6 doesnt have the to do it. I have a lot of work to do.

I am also thinking that heading to the front straight, I should hold mid track a little longer instead of shooting up to the wall. I think I am extended the length of the straigh by doing that.

Also, Dirk taught me to run over the black patch before 14. Not inside of it.

Let's have a video veiwing party and get it all figured out!
