only mod you gott do is to the front motor mounts. That is assuming you are talkin bout the 05 750 it says you have under your avatar. If you get an '04 or '05 1k motor the bottom motor mounts line up perfect but the ones up top at the front do not. One side has to be cut and re-welded, the other side has to be cut, frame shaved a lil bit to fit the motor in, and re-welded.

Not trying to thread jack but I wanted to know the same thing. If an f4i(02cbr) motor would fit into an f3(96cbr) both hondas and 600?

yes it can be done but it would be best you don't, check out gixxer.com and search motor swap. I can also vouch for hybrid racing motor mounts. At times you will not have to weld or cut anything. I would personally research the out of the project before I ever do anything. Another thing, make sure you have all the right tools and parts, this includes ECM and harness. Sometimes you can use your harness but you may run into issues so it would be ideal to have the 1000 harness.

Um check out gixxer.com and you would not be able to help but do it...dont know wtf your talkin bout. It is the best HP to $$$$ mod you can make bar none and it is not that complicated. If you buy a 1k motor *kit* it comes with everythig you need. Takes a couple daycs work if you have to get someone else to do the cut and re-weld work done for you. Believe i have done mass amounts of research on it. Was gonna be the next project for me... it is not as big of a job as you would think.
