There is a replay of the whole episode at 6 tonight. But I can tell you basically. She percieves a malfunction with her main. I think it is only a line twist. Instead of "running" out of it, she cuts away and tries to deploy her reserve while spinning. This causes her left slider to stick and causes a tension knot. About 500 ft before sudden impact she passes out and bellyflops into a parking lot breaking every bone in her face, and her plevis ect.... She doesn't skydive anymore. LOL!!
