i would move it but then she wouldnt understand why she is in trouble. That like yelling at a dog and putting its nose where it pee'd the day after it pee'd. If i raise a big fuss and then undo the chains and roll it behind my truck, ( also to lazy to do) and the she comes out and sees my bike moved shes gonna scratch her head and be likt wtf is the problem why is he having a fit.

Point taken. You are much more giving, and probably now live in a house with a driveway. I haven't lived in Apts. for years, but I remember what a PITA it was to find a space. It makes NO SENSE!! 3 bedroom apartments alloted 1 space!! There should be a law 1 spot for each bedroom per apt.

you should always have a floor jack and wheel chocks on hand to move vehicles at your own choice...

Or bring up the kickstand and let your bike fall on their car.

I had the same setup at my apartment complex.

stableshot1

but i someone just out of the blue park right infront of my bike, (i was home and didnt go anywhere , my bike was a little further up but not quite side by side with the sidewalk like yours.

i noticed this when i went out to hop on the bike and go grab some food... well i was a little off.. i called the complex manager (me and her were really tight) and she called the complex's tow company and had that fixed for me hahah

earlier in the thread i was being nice and telling him that when he left license plates in the picture people could find his address. he wanted to be a smart and say it wasnt there and posted his old address saying come find him. anyone who sees this thread and the pictures therefore has access to the internet and can find the address.

well im going to go out on a lim here.

seeing as its covered parking, i assume you PAY for both spots, so even if that spot is free, they shouldn't have parked there.

so i see nothing wrong with what you did, however i wouldn't have done that, i would have probably punched a few dents in their maybe taken out a couple windows, and then had it towed, i dont deal with easily.

good thing i dont have to deal with undercover parking people try to take those spots all the time

Ok well just got back home, the spot was empty minus my bike unharmed and still chained to the poll, so i assume that the front office took care of it like they said cause i did not see the car when I pulled into the apt complex. So hopefully it doesnt happen again if it does i plan on popping a squat on there hood and pinch of a big steamer on their hood. didnt take anymore pics since nothing besides the honda worthy of a picture. Also I do not pay for a certain spot under the cover, every tenant at the complex has covered parking but not assigned. The leasing office made it clear when i moved in i could take up as many spots as i need for vehicles only not boats or trailers. The parking spot wasnt what me off it was the fact my bike even though small and fragile compared to the cage was there first and did not need to be blocked in.
