Night shot.

I got a new tripod so I figured I would give my old Canon AE-1 a spin.

@ F11 / 2 seconds + mechanical self timer that sounds like one of those wind up walking teeth.

me

See, 30 year old cameras are not that bad!

lol@ the idea of you standing perfectly still in the lane of a major freeway for 2 seconds in the dark. not the brightest idea if you ask me.

and yes, the ae-1 is a fantastic camera, regardless of age. you need better film or a better scanner though. you're losing a lot of detail.

No, thats at the end of the 59 HOV lane. There is no physical way a car can get in there.

Ok I take that back. The car would have to swerve hard left after the HOV barriers end, slam on the brakes, and then reverse about 300 feet.

Awesome picture dude. I was suprised at first b/c I don't take you for the dude that would stand on the side of a freeway just for a picture. Laughed a bit after reading this:

Well I already had the roll of film in the camera and really 100 is too low of an ISO for anything but sunlight for easy shooting. I like taking pictures of people when they dont know I'm taking the pic and they tend to move a lot.

Right, but in this case a digital camera would have done a much better job.
