Well.....I my bike over last week...

After 26 years of riding I finally had a wreck. I was riding from Hwy 35 to Hwy 45 on Dixie Farm Road and some pulled out in front of me turning left to go the opposite direction blocking the road. I was about two car lengths from the intersection. It was either broadside him or lay it over.

Long story short, since the bike was paid off I have a buy back option @ $750.00. Anyone needing parts for 1997 CBR900RR let me know. I just put new brakes and Dunlop tires on it about a month ago for $500+. Motor runs like brand new and only the clutch casing is scratched up. It's being totaled because, well it's a 1997 and the NADA is only $4600 on the high end. It needs all new plastic, front forks, handle bars, lights, etc. I have pics of before and after, pics are from LSR2005.

I have to let them know by Monday so if anyone is interested email me this weekend at txcouple@houston.rr.com.

Yeah I walked away with a few bruises. And he got a ticket for failure to yield at a stop.

If you are serious email me and I will send you some pics of it. They plan on picking it up on Monday. It is at TXC (Texas Xtreme Cycles) in Pasadena.

Sorry to hear about the accident, but glad you were able to walk away. How much do you want for the helmet? Can you send pics?
