Haha! I'm moving away from riding in high heels. I'm getting way too much hate for it.

Just had Guitarman lower the front and now I can touch the ground nearly flat footed on both sides! Woo-hoo! I can back up!

Sorry to hear u drop your bike. Hope your okay, I think they make lowering links for your bike just gotta look around. And shaving your seat is another way also, just look around for a upholstery shop. Did it to my cousin bike and she like it, she can actually plant her foot on the groumd and she about 51 but not too much cushion on the speed bumps hehehe lol. Hope this helps u out.

Bike is lowered- 2" in the rear and NOW 10mm in the front, PLUS I did shave the seat. Now I can back it up out of my garage, but I'm still not flat footed.

lowering the ft ONLY makes the bike turn in faster, which may not be a good thing since it's new to you.

so do both or none. cuz lowering the ft will not reduce the standover height.
