How good should your riding jacket fit?

Just wondering how good your jacket should fit you....

snug, but not cutting off circulation, cuffs should hang a lil longer than a longsleeve shirt.

Almost like a second skin,If we are talking leather, when new it's alittle harder to move, but after using it for awhile, it gets supple and much more confortable.

i dont like how a jacket fits above the beltline... that's always bothered me. i think what it is tho is that i need a custom jacket for my short frame

We did get a little off topic, hehehehehehe.
I always like a little room in my jacket..............that way I can layer my clothes and still be able to move around. But not so loose it's gonna flap around when I just have a t-shirt or wife beater on.

i figure as long as it is tight enough for the padding to stay in place its good enough for me

make sure jacket not too loose and you're comfortable w/ the padding (but safe and protected if you fall)
