omg that has to suck....Just out of curiosity thoguh he said he was acclerating and hit 3rd and then got massive headshake how the do you get head shake when your goin in a strait line i have halled from a stop light to about 120 or so a few times and have never experienced head shake and my bike makes more power then his...Only time i ever got head shake was coming down from a bad wheelie and comeing out of a corner front end got jumpy on me.....both times my bike fixed its self....

I guess my question is does the 636 have a problem with this or is it normal for some bikes....My gsxr came stock witha stering dampner so im sure that has alot to do with it but iv road other peoples bikes and acclertaed hard and never had a problem (r6,gsxr1000,1000rr,600rr) although i have never had the plesure of riding a 636

I couldn't see the picture either, but by the way he describes things, sounds pretty painful. flesh dragging across the asphalt?? That's just a nasty sight, guys gotta get his leg amputated now.

So scary to know that could happen to me! I'm a pretty conservative rider, but when you on two wheels, anything can happen.

if your ft tire is skimming the cement, and it hits a bump and starts a wobble, it'll get worse. sounds like he accelerating pretty hard vs "easy"........

holy . I didn't need to see those pictures. That sucks. Be safe out there and wear your boots -- Vans don't protect very well.
