OK, Here's what we got in the UH Main Campus:

If we stage on the parking lot on the north side of Robertson Stadium, off Scott St., there are several Fast Food type establishments almost right next to each other, and across the street.

They include: Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, Shipley's, a Vietnamese Noodle Shop next to the Subway. Closer to Scott/Holmann Rd. there's a Popeye's and a Philly Cheese Steak establishment (mom-n-pop type)

If we stage by the UH Main Entry, there's a Sonic (Dine-in only) with outdoor tables too. It seems we will have to walk to get to it, since there's no driveway/parking lot in front of it. I think it's setup more for pedestrian/student traffic. There's also a Subway off the main entry road (University Park Dr., which is next to a Pizza Hut).

No Buffet type restaurants that I've seen so far, but I think the variety of fast food restaurants off Scott St. will ensure that no 1 restaurant gets bogged down with a rush of orders. We can walk across Scott St., get our foods, then dine in or walk back to the staging area to hang out and eat.

Here's a link to the Campus Map http://www.uh.edu/cgi-bin/campusmap

Robertson Stadium is on the left side of the map (circled below), and the parking lot would be right off Scott St., by Holman St. The first driveway entry south of Holmann is where we can stage. The Restaurants are right across the street from there.

Off I-45S, take the Scott St. exit, then turn right onto Scott St. If going I-45N, take the Elgin St. exit, turn left on Elgin. Proceed to Scott St., then turn left towards Robertson Stadium.
