I have to agree with mud and the others. When you put "no low balling", it means your open to negotiation, but only to "your" price standards. Something "you" consider close to the asking price.
You asked for opinions, but its your sale, handle it how you want. Personally, when Im selling something, I appreciate any and all interest.
