does this look like a scam?

http://houston.craigslist.org/mcy/909897983.html

I emailed on it and this is the response I got within 3 minutes...

Hello,
My Kawasaki Ninja is in great shape, no problems at the engine, no
damages or hidden defects. It was always garaged.
The price of the bike is $2,200 I know it may seem low, but i find it
reasonable,it has 2.356 miles.We will use eBay`s protection program
for our safety.I just need your full name and address so i can open a
case .(with no further obligation or fees).
Thank you !

Keith is just mad you found it first....it's not a scam...if you are worried about it you can just give me $3k and I'll purchase it for you and then have the bike shipped to you using ebay's purchaser protection

You could always use that inheritance or the money you won through the lottery you didn't sign up for to buy it

you mock it, but when my check comes in the mail in 6-8 weeks (once my check to cover the taxes clears) I'll have the last laugh!

OMG.......... HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!! If it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't true. I saw the same add but with a 2007 pearl white Goldwing for $3,500. The bike was worth probably $25K
