Question Ban vs Warning

Could we implement some system with the bans that point or reference a certain post? The warning system shows the post you are being warned for...is it possible to implement something like this for the ban system?

If a post is worthy of a ban, then the post probably is deleted.

Every member who gets banned gets a brief message explaining why.

mods can issue temp bans if needed IE someone goes ape and makes some really bad posts...

Admins can perma.

also, while we are on the subject.

We dont like banning. It makes us do work. If you are banned, its almost always no permanent. So, dont get you panties in a bunch, go drink some fanta(or in Jody's case, smoke a bowl) and try to understand where we are coming from.
