I can't stress how much fun this place is. It has smoooooth concrete trails that were used as golf cart paths. Concrete is smooth, with about 2- 300 turns, with a surface that sticks like glue. Any mini-motard with either street tires or dirt tires is perfect out there A fiddy is fine. TTR 125 or SRF150f is perfect. We'll be riding my son's CRF80, my buddy's 125 pitster, a 50cc pit bike, and, of course, my scooter!

If anyone needs directions I can hook you up via text Sunday morning. 281-772-1211

Just to be clear, this is an abandoned and overgrown golf coarse (hehe) with 18 holes of cart paths and a bunch of 4 wheeler trails cutting across it. 140 acres total.

Can someone give me an idea of how far this would be from Alvin or Angleton area? I may be able to sneak away from the house with my KLX.

Street tires are absolutely fine. I ran this place on my Zuma Moped with no problems.
