Where is the Main Fuse Box

My friend's Instrument Cluster is out and cannot find the Main Fuse Box to his 06 CBR 1000RR.. could anything else be causing the instrument cluster to be out

well i know this wont help but my box is under the right front fairing, behind the right headlight

"The fuse panel is underneath the left upper fairing for the license plate light. I found out the hard way after shorting out that same fuse when putting a fender eliminator on to move my plate. There is a spare in the panel to replace it also"

mine is under the seat near the battery. like 5 fuses in there. the headlight relays are up in the front usually.

but i have an R6
