thanks everybody for all the help yesterday. i'm still a little at myself for locking the keys in the truck.

definitely more than i anticipated for my first time out there. hopefully i can get the hang of it next time. i knocked out as soon as i got home, didn't even want to roll out of bed this morning.

thanks to clark and ken for babysitting us. we would of been lost without you guys.

if I know, but I honestly feel like a 250 two stroke is the best of all worlds. On the trails yesterday I rolled 2nd gear like 90% of the time...lots of feathering the clutch. I pretty much roll second at the mx track as well. Tons of power throughout... the powerband pretty much exists everywhere.

time to pass the pipe I'm really glad to see some new folks getting into this dirt scene. The people just kept showing up yesterday, I think there was like 12 of us (maybe more)...that's a better turn out than most street rides.

i think everybody there ate it quite a few times, being our first time on dirt. i know alonzo was walking like a duck when we got back to the truck, a few of us were moaning and groaning, and my thighs wouldn't quite cramping up most of the night. dirt is definitely more of a workout than roadracing. i've never felt this wore out even after back to back trackdays.

Just pick one, they all work very well when set up properly; depending on your use requirements (mx or trail), but generally a trail bike(ttr, klx,wr) is a handfull on an mx track whereas an mx bike (kx,cr,yz,rm) will still perform well in the woods. Electric start is a huge plus, everyone stalls from time to time & kicking the outa your bike in the middle of singletrack with a parade of roost happy behind you can get ugly.

best mx bike..... pick one; they're all competitive with a skilled rider.

best woods bike.... KTM 300xc-w

Once again dudes, props to all that came out yesterday it was a blast & considering dirt experience everyone did awsome
